How can we give them a hope to learn in real life !!??

Two girls (disabilities girls – Can't talk &listen) went Tow Government University to study 2 month ago.
They went with ambitious , they was the first girls went to University from the disabilities girls but they can't continue.
Why!!
Because they can't find help
They can't understand , the University books are difficult ,
doctors still talk and talk with out sign language ,
Also they can't find help from anyone to explain what in that books
So
They stop!!
